Ready for a new heart

Dear ,
“I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit in you… a heart of flesh.” — Ezekiel 36:26
In our addiction, our hearts often became like stone—cold, hard, and defensive. We stopped feeling, stopped caring, and stopped hoping. But God doesn’t just want to “fix” our old, stony hearts; He promises to give us entirely new ones.
Readiness invites transformation. When we become entirely ready to let go of our old defenses and our old ways of feeling, God performs a spiritual transplant. He gives us a “heart of flesh”—a heart that can feel again, love again, and respond to His leading. Today, let the Surgeon do His work.

Where has your heart felt “stony” lately? (Bitterness? Apathy? Anger?) Ask God to replace that specific hard spot with a new, soft spirit today.

God, I’m ready, renew my heart and spirit. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
Remember, seeking help is a sign of strength, not weakness. You deserve a life free
from addiction
Sincerely,
